It was working on Monday of this week, but has stopped again. I can send fine to another android. If you can’t download MMS, it’s possible that the remaining cache files have been corrupted. You should still try clearing the cache and data for the app to resolve the problem that your phone. Go to Settings/Messages and turn on MMS. If there is no switch for it contact your carrier to have the feature provisioned on your account. Once it is on note that MMS requires cellular data, so if your only data connection is Wi-Fi you cannot send or receive MMS.
